By installing or using the Chess To PDF Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chess To PDF is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to export chess games from Chess.com into formatted PDF documents.

3. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier limited to 1 PDF export per day. Pro plans are available via paid subscription ($3/month) or a one-time lifetime payment ($19). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Pro features. License keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred to other users.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Chess To PDF only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the extension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Chess To PDF is owned by Chess To PDF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chess To PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
